Merlina Galbreath
(614) 937-0368

Merlina’s interest in real estate began in 2001 when she began investing in real estate.  Born and raised in Upstate New York in a “real estate” family, Merlina learned early on the value of owning property.  After graduating from Ohio University, her career as a Market Analyst for a corporate credit union developed her ability to analyze financial market trends and marketing campaigns.  Something she still enjoys doing today with the real estate market.

One of her main inspirations for opening Galbreath Real Estate was to offer marketing services with results, that are tailored for today’s clientele; services that have not been offered traditionally. Merlina knows print advertising is no longer the way to reach the masses….it is through great websites, blogs and social media platforms with fresh, quality content.  Offering the highest level of expertise, target marketing and outstanding customer service are among Merlina’s and Galbreath Real Estate’s core values.

Merlina prides herself on going beyond expectations.  Honesty, trust and communication are at the cornerstone of her business; which for her has resulted in quality clients, great business partners and friendships.   There is no one who will work harder to grow and protect your wealth than Merlina.

Merlina has received many awards and acknowledgments over the past 13 years, from the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors, Prudential Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Among the highest honors are Prudential’s “Chairman’s Circle” Sales Club Award, awarded to the top 2% of Prudential Realtors nationwide; Berkshire Hathaway’s “President’s Circle” Sales Club Award; Columbus Realtors $10 Million Sales Club Award, received in 2015, recognizing outstanding sales performance and commitment to the industry.

Merlina is Mom to three young children, Ava, Violet & Henry.  She is an enthusiastic member of the community, volunteering at her children’s schools, organizing community events, revitalizing and serving on the board of her neighborhood association.  She is also an active member of the National Women’s Council of Realtors, the Columbus Realtors Builder/Realtor Alliance Committee; as well as serving on the Governmental Affairs committee for many years.
